"Me Myself speaks to the process of trying to understand oneself through self-analysis, reflection, and acceptance to not only better understand our thoughts and emotions but also to confront the parts of ourselves we may have neglected or denied. This inner journey where we meet our alter-ego and engage in internal dialogue is a process not about judgment but about understanding one’s thoughts, behaviors, and motivations. One shines a light on the monster within: the strengths and weaknesses of one’s character in this self-reflection process that helps one understand why one behaves in certain ways and that perhaps these actions could stem from a fear of being misunderstood or from childhood experience/s. This can lead to moments of clarity, but it can also reveal difficult truths that need to be faced head-on. The shadow self may have aspects of one’s personality that one dislikes, fears or feels ashamed of but by acknowledging one’s shadow self one can move closer to a fuller more integrated sense of who one is."
